Close fort aspenwood ever other week
Currently people wanting to get into Jade quarry for various reasons have to go through a lot of work to arrange enough people, probably because the are doing Fort Aspenwood instead.
So what I'm proposing is that ANET only has one of either Jade Quarry or Fort Aspenwood open at any time, but changes which one is open ever week. By doing this the people doing Fort Aspenwood will probably move down to Jade Quarry when the Fort is closed, then move back to Fort Aspenwood when Jade Quarry is closed.
I'm suggesting that Jade Quarry gets closed on the weeks Fort Aspenwood is open so that people don't just stay in Jade Quarry and have Fort Aspenwood deserted.

This would be by far the easiest solution, indeed.
Since you can get to any of those two just after getting to the capitals, this would definitely fix the issue of people sticking to one of the competitive missions.
But... would people like it...? Mostly only the ones looking for Carthographer titles want to get there, since it is slower...
Another good solution would be to increase more the rewards for both losing and winning teams in the Quarry.

This reminds me of a game before^^.
Great Idea I really wanna try Jade Quarry^^.
This may laso be nice for Challenge missions like
Aurios Mine open, Zos Shivros Channel close
Zos Shivros Channel open, Aurios Mine close
Also maybe Elite missions too.

There's a reason people are not in Quarry. I don't see how forcing people to do something they don't like solves much. In my opinion, if you close aspenwood, you'll have 95% do something else, and 5% maybe head to Jade Quarry.

This is an awful idea tbh. People who play FA should be punished because JQ isn't popular? Yeah right.

Well, you can't choose the map of the 12vs12, your are forced to do so.
Maybe they could make it the same. When Luxons are winning, the Battles are in the Quarry, when Kurzick win, the Fort is opened.

I always thought that the reason was that people avoided Quarry because they get more faction/time in Aspenwood. This is because there usually aren't enough people going to Quarry to start up a match, meaning that Jade Quarry can't attract new players.
But if you can think of a reason that doesn't involve Aspenwood, I'd like to hear it.

Maybe most people would do something else. Maybe not. But until this gets tried, we can't be sure.
Worst case if ANET implements this idea: instead of people moving over to Jade Quarry they go elsewhere, then ANET just needs to simply reverse this change and bring things back to what they are now.

That might not be a bad idea....
Something like AB.

Personally, I think Kurzicks should boycott Fort Aspenwood in the same manner the Luxons boycott Jade Quarry. Or another solution... remove both missions and make one map that doesn't favor either side.

Close em both.
Problem: Leechers
Solution: Shut em down and enforce weekly parameters to moderate activity.

WRONG! Smart people play AB's or run Lutgardis.

I'm gonna have to disagree with this...I think a better solution would be to give better rewards at each. Shutting down someone from something in the game they like for every other week does not sound good.
